DPW Issues New Family Child Care Regulations
The Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare (DPW) has promulgated new regulations for family child care providers.
Because the state may choose not to notify all providers of these changes via mail, CCPUnited has established a link to the information at DPW's website here.
Child care providers who have questions regarding new regulations should contact their regional Office of Child Development and Early Learning (OCDEL).
